    Taylyr is the simply the best. She helped us sell our house with ease. She has everything you want in a realtor including communication, marketing, networking, design, knowledge about the market, and most importantly, her effort. Before we worked with Taylyr, we had listed our house with a different realtor. With the other realtor, there was no communication and very little effort put into selling our house, and we had it on the market for over a month with no offers. Once we made the switch to Taylyr, it was a night and day difference! With her skills, we were able to receive multiple offers on our house the first day it was on the market, and we ended up closing $10,000 over our listing price!
